VoPurchased the Passport Qi-45 and had it installed by a friend, who installs automotive electronics for a living. Did a very nice job and placed the tiny controller in the dash. Make sure whomever installs it is very qualified and experienced. Though many people can probably take a half a day and did it yourself...unless you've previously done a 12v product install in a car and know how to easily pull wires through the firewall, I would recommend saving time and having a pro do it. Make sure you tell them exactly how you want it mounted and where you want the control unit to be placed. Looks very nice and very discret in my convertible Honda S2000. Every have to worry about turning it off, unplugging and hidding it. Once installed, works like a charm and detected the local police using his radar, one hour after installed. Very nice and worth the money, if it helps me avoid just one ticket.
