A Very Good MonitorBy WWI bought this monitor a couple of months ago to go along with a new HP system I had just purchased. I'm running Windows XP Professional and have had no problems installing and using this monitor.Here are a few points to consider:-The display is quite bright. I had to adjust it down to a setting of 10.-Text and images are very sharp. This appears to reduce or eliminate the eye fatigue that I have experienced while working on non-TFT LCD monitors for long periods of time.-The built-in speakers are thin and tinny-sounding. Don't expect too much from them.-The monitor is mounted low on the stand and there is no height adjustment. I've had to set it on top of several books in order to achieve a comfortable height.This monitor is also useful for editing and displaying digital photos. It is so sharp that it can reveal some flaws (i.e. noise from low light situations) in photos that just aren't visible on older LCDs.Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase of this monitor.
