Optoma = BAD WARRANTY and CUST. SERVICEBy Clay A. RatcliffProduct worked for about a month after which I gave Optoma many chances to remedy the situation. Optoma's actual policy on warantied returns is NOT to cover intital shipping cost! So after being out shipping cost Optoma tried to charge me for the repair. After a heated argument with a phone rep they told me they would take care of it. The product was returned to me in the same condition, NON FUNCTIONING.
