Where can I buy a Vortex® StrikeFire Red Dot Rifle Scope(Suitable for AR-15)Well worth the money.By DLCI bought a Strikefire to put on a new S&W M&P 15-22 rifle that I bought to use as a training tool to teach my wife on so that she would be using something that works the same as my M&P 15 with an Aimpoint compC3 sight. The rifle had to go back to S&W (twice) and the Strikefire had to go back to Vortex once. The dot on my sight was not nearly bright enough and when I called Vortex, they said they had a few with that problem. They paid for the shipping and a new one was back to me in no time. Wish I could have said the same for the rifle. Both are back now and re-united. I couldn't be happier. This little combo is quickly becoming my favoite toy. Although the sight still isn't as bright as my Aimpoint, it still is about as bright as the Aimpoint is on setting 9 of 10. As far as those who complain about the on/off button on the side, I have found it not to be a problem. Yes it can be accidentaly bumped on but it comes on at the same setting as it was turned off at. I just turn the sight off at the night vision setting and if it accidentaly comes on it will come on at that setting which gives 3000 hours of battery life instead of 200 hours on the brightest setting. The sight then turns it's self off after two hours and almost no battery power is used. I took my wife out shooting yesterday and she loved the sight/gun setup. Her real AR is a Remington R15 VTR topped with a ACOG TA31F and she said she likes the red dot sight better.
